NCC Interacts with Newly Appointed Ambassadors

February 8:  Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) recently organized an interaction with newly-appointed Nepali ambassadors.

The chamber held the interaction with the newly appointed ambassadors for India, the UN, the UAE, Malaysia, Thailand, Israel, France, Kuwait, and Switzerland to discuss about the ways to increase foreign investment and to reduce the trade deficit of the country.

Members of the chamber also congratulated the newly-appointed ambassadors on the occasion.

Rajesh Kaji Shrestha, chairman of NCC, said that the country should strengthen economic diplomacy to achieve the theme of “Prosperous Nepal and Happy Nepali”.

He also suggested the ambassadors that the country can only meet its interests from trade promotion, increase in investment, development of tourism sector and use of technologies in agriculture.
