March 22: Global IME Bank Ltd and Nepal Life Insurance Company (NLIC) have signed an agreement to provide bancassurance service to their customers.
The customers can buy NLIC’s insurance packages and can get swift and hassle-free services from any of the 134 branches of the bank across Nepal, the company said in a statement.
Surendra Raj Regmi, assistant general manager of Global IME Bank, and Santosh Prasai, deputy CEO of NLIC, signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations amid a recent function.
