April 7: Sunrise Bank Limited has launched the calendar of upcoming Nepali New Year 2076. The bank said in a statement  that the calendar was launched amid an event at the bank’s head office in Garidhara on  April 4.

With the motive of promoting creativity of school-going children, the bank has included various drawings of children from grades 1 to 5 published in Annapurna Post and Nagarik Daily in the calendar.

The bank said it aims to encourage and motivate the creativity and art of children by including the drawings in the calendar.   

Board of directors of the bank Bachya Raj Tated, Sharda Sharma Pudasaini, Dipak Nepal, Om Krishna Joshi along with CEO Ratna Raj Bajracharya rewarded the students with cash  and food items during the event.
