Laxmi Bank’s Branch Network Grows to 108

June 18: Laxmi Bank had expanded its network of branches to 108 with the opening of two new branches in Parasi. Issuing a press statement, the bank said it inaugurated its 107th and 108th branches at Bhumahi and Jimirebhar of Parasi .

“These new branches will offer a full range of retail banking services customized to meet the needs of individuals and small businesses,” the statement said.  

With the above new addition, Laxmi Bank’s network now includes 108 branches across 48 districts, two extension counters and four hospital service counters, 130 ATMs, 2,500 remittance agents, and 58 branchless banking agents spread across the country.

In the provincial set up, the bank now has 14 branches in Province 5. The bank said it is rapidly expanding to newer and underserved markets with the aim of addressing the growing demand for professional financial services such as innovative saving accounts, term deposits, home and auto loans, small business loans, microfinance, insurance, etc.

The bank sys it actively promotes digital channels such as internet and mobile banking to complement the growing number of branches to allow its customers to reach the bank through a channel of their choice - branches, ATM, internet and mobile phones.
