March 27: Fourth AGM of Kalinchowk development Bank is going to held on April 16, at Hotel Sangam Palace Charikot, Dolkha.  In the meeting, proposals are being forwarded regarding annual report presentation, 6% bonus shares, endorsement of 0.32 % cash dividend and continuation of the merger proposal. Shareholders’ registration book will be closed from April 2-16 for this meeting purpose.
