March 28: Lumbini Finance and Leasing Co. Ltd  has been completed its 19th and 20th Annual General Meeting (AGM). In a recently held AGM, proposal on President, Balance Sheet and Profits and Losses statements were endorsed. Similarly, meeting has elected Founding share holders Chintamani Bhattarai, Prem Bahadur Shrestha, Sudhir Prasad Sharma and Ganesram Regmi in the Executive Committee. According to the press statement issued by company, the meeting of Executive Committee held after the AGM has elected Chintamani Bhattarai as a President of the company.
