April 17: Lumbini Bank will held its 18th annual general meeting at Narayangarh Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chitwan on May 9.
In the meeting, proposals on endorsement of 15 percent bonus share, continuation of merger, endorsement of swap ratio and approval of Rs 10.2 million funds contributed to Prime Minister Disaster Fund for earthquake survivors.
The Bank’s shareholder’s book will be closed from Dec 27 to May 9.
