January 16: Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) Nepal has appointed NMB Capital as its issue manager. Joseph Silvanus, CEO of SCB and Srijesh Ghimire, CEO of NMB Capital signed an agreement paper regarding the matter on January 15. The bank informed that the agreement is carried out to float 20558,140 units of further public offering in near future.
