Four Companies lined up for Right Issue Approval

April 25: Four different companies are seeking approvals from Securities Board of Nepal (SEBON) for right issues. The companies that lined up in SEBON for right issue approvals are Prabhu Bank Ltd, Kankai Bikas Bank Ltd, Alpine Development Bank and Machhapuchchhre Bank Ltd.

Prabhu Bank is seeking approval to issue 10:4 right issues. The bank is set to issue 23,525,608 units of right shares to its existing shareholders. NCM Merchant Banking has been appointed as Issue Manager by the bank.

Similarly, Kankai Bikas Bank is issuing 1:2.14 right issues. The bank will issue 3,210,000 units of right shares with a face value of Rs 100 to its existing shareholders. For that matter, it has appointed Siddhartha Capital Ltd as its Issue Manager.

Likewise, Alpine Development Bank is issuing 3:2.08 right shares. The bank is set to issue 1,803,247 units of right shares to its existing shareholders. The bank has appointed NMB Capital Ltd as its Issue Manager.

Moreover, Machapuchchhre Bank is seeking SEBON approval to issue 10:1 right share. The bank will issue 7,918,440 units of right shares to its existing shareholders. NMB Capital Ltd will be managing the issue.
