June 6: Industrialist Shiv Ratan Sharda has been appointed as the Honarary Consul for Georgia. Archil Dzuliashvili, Georgian Ambassador to Nepal handed over an appointment letter to Sharda organizing a special program in Kathmandu on June 3.

The program was jointly inaugurated by Dr Prakash Sharan Mahat, Minister for Foreign Affairs, Archil Dzuliashvili, Georgian Ambassador to Nepal and newly appointed Honarary Consul Shiv Ratan Sharda. The program was also attended by George Tabatadze, Director Consular Department Georgia.

Speaking in the program, Sharda said that he will further develop close relation between Nepal and Georgia.
