June 8: The board of directors (BOD) of Mahalaxmi Life Insurance has approved its logo. A BOD meeting of the company held on June 6 decided to approve and publicized the logo. The company, with Rs 2 billion paid-up capital and 55 promoters, is commencing its operation in near future. According to the company, it will operate as per federal structure.
