September 21: Nepal Investment Bank Limited and its associate Visa member banks have announced 10 percent cash back offer supported by VisaWorldwide to Visa domestic cardholders in Nepal. This scheme has been introduced  to encourage the purchase habit of cardholders through point of sales on the occasion of Dashain and Tihar, the bank said in a statement.

Under this scheme, Visa domestic cardholders will be redeemed 10 percent but not exceeding NRs 1,000 cash back per day on total purchases. This cash back offer will be credited into the cardholder's account for the transactions made through their Visa Cards at point of sales.

To be eligible for this cash back offer, cardholders must purchase minimum of NRs 500 per transaction at retail outlets and restaurants through Visa Card issued by Century Bank Ltd, Global IME Bank Ltd, Kumari Bank Ltd, Mahalaxmi Development Bank Ltd, Mega Bank Nepal Ltd, NCC Bank Ltd, Nepal Investment Bank Ltd, Rastriya Banijya Bank Ltd, Sanima Bank Ltd and Tourism Development Bank Ltd.
