October 9: City Express Money Transfer has announced the winner of its Utsav Express scheme. The winners of silver coins and Oppo phones were decided by electronic lucky draw, informed the company.

Under the scheme, Shiva Khanal, Bal Kumar Sunuwar, Samjhana Dhakal, Janakmaya Lama, Ramwati Sarwaria, Niru Subedi, Pramila Giri, Yukesh Shrestha, Hem Kumari Magar, Bhakta Bahadur Tamang, Danmaya Rana Magar, Fulmaya Ghalan, Omsari Pun, Hira Purkoti, Laxmi Gharti, Rukmaya Rai, Aashik Gurung and Ganga Bahadur Pun were declared the winners of silver coins.

Likewise, Rupesh Rana Magar and Ummaya Gurung were the winners of Oppo phones, the company said in a statement.

The company has announced the scheme on the occasion of Dashain, Tihar and Chhath.
