Garima Bikas Bank Opens New Branch

October 10: Garima Bikas Bank has opened a new branch at New Road, Kathmandu. Nepal Rastra bank’s Deputy Governor Shivaraj Shrestha inaugurated the branch amid a function on Monday, Oct 9. During the occasion, the banks CEO Govinda Prasad Dhakal shed light on the bank’s services and future plans. This is the 48th branch of the bank. Garima Bikas Bank was formed after the merger of Nilgiri Bikash Bank, headquartered at Myagdi, and Chitwan-based Suvechha Bikas Bank. The head office of the bank is in Lazimpat, Kathmandu. The bank will soon open another branch in Rupandehi’s Manigran, informed Dhakal.
