October 13: Best Finance Company Ltd is in the process to acquire Synergy Finance, informed both the company in a joint press meet organized in Kathmandu on Thursday. The company which changed its name officially to Best Finance from General Finance on Monday has completed all the process to acquire Synergy Finance within the next five months. General Finance was established in 1996. Best Finance which currently has a paid-up capital of Rs 220 million aims to raise the amount to Rs 290 million by mid-November, informed Padam Neupane, president of the company.
