November 27: City Express Money Transfer has announced the winners of the 11th week of Utsav Express Scheme. Punam Lama of Kathmandu has won an Oppo phone under the scheme, the company said in a statement. The winners are announced through electronic lucky draw by the company. Likewise, the winners of silver coin and LG refrigerator include Swornalata Shrestha, Laxmi Narayan Yadav, Shiva Prasad Loniya, Dol Kumar Timilsina, Shanti Gurung, Bidur Bohara and Sochindar Shah.
