November 27: Global IME Bank has started branchless service from three locations in the far-western region. Issuing a press statement, the bank said it has started the service at Bhimdutta Municipality-9 and Krishnapur Municipality-2 of Kanchanpur as well as Pasrhuram Municipality-7 of Dadheldhura. The bank has appointed Ramesh Bahadur Khadka as the representative of Bhimdutta Municipality for the branchless service. Likewise, Bharat Mahata (Krishnapur Municipality) and Bimala Kumari Bohara (Pasrhuram Municipality) have been appointed as representatives to provide the service in their respective areas.
