Jyoti Opens its Branch in Myade

November 30: With an objective to provide banking facilities in rural areas, Jyoti Bikas Bank has opened its branch at Thurpu in Myagde Rural Municipality-4  of  Tanahun district on Wednesday, November 29. Issuing a press statement, the bank claimed that the new branch is the first banking facility in the rural municipality. The branch was jointly inaugurated by the chief of the rural municipality, Maya Devi Rana Ale and the bank’s Chairman Hari Chandra Khadka.

It is the bank’s second branch in Tanahu after Dev Ghat-based branch. Last week, the bank opened a branch in Dhangadi as per the policy of Nepal Rastriya Bank to open financial institutions at all local units of the country. The bank informed that different services including deposit and loan facilities as well as ABBS, mobile banking and modern banking services will be providing by the branch.
