‘Business Forum Will Assist Cooperation between China and South Asia’

December 1: Bhawani Rana, president of the Federation of Nepalese Chamber of Commerce and Industry (FNCCI), attended a meeting of China South Asia Business Council held recently in Male, Maldives. The meeting is a preparation for the 13th China-South Asia Business Forum which will be held next year. The meeting which was jointly orgainsed by Chinese Council and the Industry and Commerce Association of SAARC is aimed at promotion of international business.  

Rana, on behalf FNCCI, signed an agreement of Silkroad Business Council during the meeting.  Suraj Vaidya, former president of FNCCI and SAARC Chamber of Commerce and Industry was also present during a meeting.

Speaking at the meeting, Rana shared about her experience at last year’s forum and said that she felt delighted to share about the experience of economic and business partnership between China and South Asia.

“The forum is extremely helpful for collaboration between China and South Asia,” shared Rana. Speaking at the meeting, she said that this forum will give an opportunity for bilateral and trilateral business growth and investment expansion.
