December 6: Mahalaxmi Development Bank has provided financial support amounting to Rs. 38,000 and gas and electric heaters of equal amount to Siddhi Shalikgram Senior Citizen’s Home, a Bhaktapur-based old-age home on Sunday. As part of its CSR, Ash Kumar Jareju, branch manager of Bhaktapur branch handed over the support to Shyam Sundar Dhauvadel, Chairman of Siddhi Memorial Foundation which runs the old-age home. According to the bank, the heaters were distributed to help senior citizens cope with the ongoing winter season.
