Siddhartha Bank Starts Viber Banking Service

January 18: Siddhartha Bank announced the launch of its Viber Banking service with an aim of providing convenient banking facilities at the fingertips of the customers. Issuing a statement, the bank said its customers can easily access the service through their mobile phones, laptops, tablets, and computers.

In order to activate the Viber banking service, customers would have to register their mobile number with the bank's ‘Siddhartha BankSmart Mobile Banking’ service, reads a statement issued by the bank .

According to the bank, its account holders can check their bank statements and get information about deposit products, loan facilities and other services through Viber banking facility. Moreover, those who do not have account in Siddhartha Bank can also use this service to get information about the bank’s branches, ATMs and other services.

Currently, the bank said it serves its customers through 82 branches, three extension counters, 105 ATMs, 99 branchless banking locations and more than 650 POS machines.
