February 6:  Gandaki Bikas Bank has opened two more branches at two different places of Rupandehi district. Issuing a press statement, the bank said it opened one branch each at Kanchan and Paschim Amuwa on Monday, February 5.

The branch at Kanchan was inaugurated by the mayor of Kanchan Rural Municipality, Gokarna Bahadur Chhetri, while Paschim Amuwa branch was inaugurated by the bank's Chairman Jagan Bahadur Gurung amid separate functions.

Gurung said both the branches will provide all kinds of modern banking services. Similarly, the bank's CEO Ramesh Bahadur Thapa informed about the bank's financial state, services and its various activities.
