Lumbini Bikas Bank’s Bagmati Clean-up Campaign

February 11: Lumbini Bikas Bank deployed 70 staff of the bank on Saturday, February 10, to support the Bagmati Clean-up Campaign. Issuing a press statement, the bank said that its staff helped in cleaning the Rudramati River, a tributary of Bagmati, in between Kalopul and Setopul as part of its corporate social responsibility.

The bank also distributed various tools for the clean-up campaign. Kathmandu’s Deputy Mayor Hariprabha Khadgi inaugurated the clean-up campaign. Former prime minister Madhav Kumar Nepal was also present during the campaign.
