Third series of ‘Science of Great Life’ on Saturday

February 11: Jeevan Vigyan organises a series of talks on the last Saturday of every English month, focusing on 33 natural laws and seven natural principals which help a person achieve the best in life.

Third series of the talk based on the theme of ‘Science of Great Life’ was held on Saturday, February 10 on the premises of Jeevan Vigyan in the capital.

LP Bhanu Sharma, president and life coach at Jeevan Vigyan, in the third session talked about the importance of setting a clear goal in life.

“The rules in life are like the rules in playground. Until and unless, you set a clear target, you cannot see your intelligence,” he said.

Sharma highlighted the importance of meditation in achieving goal. “Fear diverts us from our original goal. Fear is nothing but a thought about something that you don’t want in life,” he shared. He said that practices like meditation are very helpful to overcome the fear as they helps us to visualise the desired outcome and keep us awakened.

Ashish Adhikari, founder of RedMud Coffee, also joined the event and shared about how regular mediation helped him to achieve well in entrepreneurship.

 The event concluded with a Q&A session where few audiences shared their queries.
