Rockstart Impact Organises Demo Day for its Fourth Batch

February 16: Rockstart Impact organised its Demo Day for its fourth batch of accelerator program on Thursday, February 15 at Soaltee Crowne Plaza.

Nine companies which accelerated in the 100-day accelerator programme pitched their ideas during the event.

The nine companies include Godam Sewa,  Indradevi Strawberry Farm,  Kanjirowa Agro Farm, Khadka Nursery, Mount Everest Organic Coffee, Rudyn Agriflora, Sarathi, Tripathi Group and  Urban Girl.

“The companies are now investment ready and have a clear vision and understanding of how they can realistically grow their business in a sustainable way. The overall goal of this programme is to support high potential entrepreneurs and link them to domestic and international growth capital,” states a press release issued by the company.

During the event, Willem Grimminck, director of One To Watch said that Rockstart has been working as a support system to the impact-based companies which have not received assistance from banks or microfinance.

The Rockstart Impact programme is managed by One to Watch, a fund management company, and Accelerator Nepal, a not-for-profit company with the primary objective to support the development of entrepreneurship-friendly environment in Nepal.
