May 16: Muktinath Bikas Bank has appointed Pradyuman Pokharel as its chief executive officer.

Pokharel, who has about 28 years of experience in the banking sector, was engaged with the bank as its deputy CEO before his promotion.

Chairman of the bank, Khim Prakash Malla, administered him the oath of office and secrecy.

On the occasion, the bank also lent financial support of Rs 100,000 to Dhurmus Suntali Foundation for the cleanliness programme of Bir Hospital. The bank handed over the amount to the Chairman of the foundation, Sita Ram Kattel (Dhurmus), under its CSR.
