DAV School Organises Fine Art Exhibition

July 2: DAV School organised the International Fine Art Exhibition at Nepal Art council, Babarmahal, from June 30 to July 1.

The school said in a press statement that the exhibition held with the tagline "Splash of Colors" was organised with an aim to provide much needed international platform for the students of community schools.

According to the school, the exhibition saw participation of 22 students from the community schools of Nepal and 78 participants from DAV School, Nepal and from various schools of India as well.

DAV School also conducted a workshop on the "Skills of Arts" for the students of community schools.

Madan Chitrakar, campus chief of Srijana College of Fine Arts, was the chief of the event which also saw the presence of senior artist and art critic KK Karmacharya; senior artist, sculptor and ceramic artist Gopal Kala Premi Shrestha and visual artist as well as curator of M3 (MQube) Art Gallery Manish Lal Shrestha.
