July 2: Birgunj Public School (BPC) organised a celebration for achieving the best MBS College and best College of Province 2 award at the 4th New Biz Rating- Ranking Award organised by New Business Age Pvt Ltd.
On the occasion, Bijay Kumar Sarawagi, mayor of Birgunj Metropolitan City said that the achievement of the college is the pride of the whole Birgunj. He praised the college saying that it has contributed a lot to the education sector. He claimed that political meddling has been hampering the education sector. The mayor expressed his commitment to eliminate such unnecessary political interference in the sector.
Entrepreneur and political analyst Jagadish Prasad Agrawal has the initiative of New Business Age in identifying business colleges of the country.
Dr Dipak Shakya, executive director of the college, claimed that the award is the outcome of the continuous efforts of the college in running the management campus since 2000 (2057BS).
