According to Dangol, the exhibition aimed to preserve the ancient craft of sculpture which is on the decline and also to prevent theft of ancient sculpture. He further said that the exhibition was organised to make the world know about Nepali stone crafts and sculpture and also to inform the coming generations about their own art.
