July 6: Manjushre Finance has decided to distribute 5.7 percent bonus share and 0.3 percent cash dividend to its share holders.

The decision was approved by the 10^th annual general meeting of the company held on Wednesday, July 4.

The paid-up capital of the company will reach Rs 804.6 million after the distribution of the bonus share.
