Four New Branches of Citizens Bank

July 17: Citizens Bank International has opened four new branches across the country. The bank said in a statement that it inaugurated the four new branches on Monday, July 17 under its service extension plan. The bank opened the branches in Jhimaruk of Pyuthan, Bhume of Eastern Rukum, Namkha of Humla and Dakari of Accham.

The branches were inaugurated during an event at the bank’s head office in Kathmandu. Rajan Singh Bhandari, CEO of Citizens Bank International, started the financial operation of all the four branches through a computer.

CEO Bhandari during the occasion informed that the bank inaugurated 14 new branches in the fiscal year 2017-18. He also informed that the bank is planning to operate new branches in Mohanyal, Tokha and Thankot.

The bank informed that it will operate all kinds of transactions under the policies of the local government and Nepal Rastra Bank from the branches.

The bank is currently providing service with a network of 99 branches and 70 ATMs.
