August 9: Global IME Bank has signed an agreement with Dirghayu Guru Hospital to provide discount to its customers for medical services at the hospital. The bank said in a statement that the agreement was signed to provide its customers standard medical services within the country. As per the agreement, the hospital will provide up to 12 percent discount on various services to the credit/debit card holders of the bank.  

Rabindra Dhakal of the bank’s market promotion department and Managing Director of Dirghayu Hospital Suraj Shrestha signed the agreement on behalf of their respective organisations on August 8.
