October 14: Nepal Clearing House is distributing 20 percent dividend to its shareholders.

The annual general meeting of the organization held on Friday, October 12 approved the decision of distributing the dividend.

The meeting also decided to distribute 20 percent bonus share from the company’s profit of previous fiscal year.

The company in a statement informed that it currently has a total paid-up capital of Rs 180 million which will increase to Rs 210.6 million after the distribution of the dividend and bonus share.
