October 15: In a bid to extend its banking service across the nation, Janata Bank has opened three more branches at remote places of Humla district. The bank started operation of the branches at Adanchuli Rural Municipality, Chankheli Rural Municipality and Tajakot Rural Municipality of the district amid separate functions.

With the newly opened branches, the bank now has 126 branches across the country. According to the bank, the branches will be providing all kinds of services including remittance and banking services.
