NBI, Siddhartha Bank Sign MoU

November 1: National Banking Institute (NBI) and Siddhartha Bank signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for strategic alliance whereby NBI would provide training programs to the bank for human capital development. This partnership is expected to further leverage the strategic intervention towards the development of human capital of the bank, reads a statement issued by the bank.

Shambhu Nath Gautam, CEO of Siddhartha Bank, and Sanjib Subba, CEO of NBI, signed the MoU amid a function on October 30.

“This alliance is expected to be instrumental in the capacity building process and bringing about positive transformation in human capital development in the industry,” the statement said.

Siddhartha Bank has been providing various banking services through its 126 branches (including three extension counters), 113 ATMs and 99 branchless banking locations with plans of further expansion in the future.
