November 28: Garima Bikas Bank has opened its branch at Damak of Jhapa on Tuesday, November 27. Ram Nath Oli, mayor at Damak Municipality, inaugurated the branch amid a function. According to the bank, the branch was opened in a bid to expand its network in rural areas of the country

On the occasion, the bank’s CEO Govinda Prasad Dhakal presented the bank’s financial report, and highlighted its activities and services.

The bank said in a statement that it has been providing its services through a network of 66 branches and 15 ATM counters across the country. The bank is preparing to open its branches at Birgunj of Parsa, Tandi and Milanchwok of Chitwan, Tulsipur of Dang, Kohalpur of Banke, Mahendranagar of Kanchanpur, Hemja of Kaski, Battar of Nuwakot and Besishahar of Lamjung, informed Dhakal.
