Nepal Chamber Expo-2018 Kicks off

November 30: The fourth edition of ‘Nepal Chamber Expo-2018’ kicked off at Bhrikuti Mandap, Kathmandu on Thursday, November 29. With an aim to introduce domestic products in the international market, Nepal Chamber of Commerce (NCC) is organising the expo in collaboration with the Ministry of Finance, Industry and Supply and Trade and Export Promotion Center.

The expo feature 190 stalls from different countries including Nepal, Myanmar, China, Pakistan and Korea.

NCC President Rajesh Kaji Shresha informed that the expo is organised to attract foreign investment. He further added that the country will be signing business-to-business (B2B) agreement with foreign countries such as China and Myanmar in the expo.

The main sponsor of the expo is ‘Nestle’ while ‘Heritage Corporate’ is the co-sponsor, said the organiser. Similarly, Myanmar is the partner country for the expo this year. The five-day expo will conclude on Monday, December 3.  

NCC said that the expo is an initiation to establish quality business event to bring together national and international business enterprises under one roof to showcase the growing trend of trade and industry and its future potential.
