NEEK Electro-Tech 2018 from December 21

December 12: Federation of Electrical Entrepreneurs of Nepal (FEEN), an umbrella body of the entrepreneurs involved in the trade of electrical and electronic appliances in the country, is organizing the ninth edition of international electrical-electronic exhibition and symposium – NEEK Electro-Tech 2018. The exhibition is scheduled for December 21 to 25 at Bhrikuti Mandap Exhibition Hall, Kathmandu.

According to the organiser, the exhibition is believed to contribute to the development of Nepalese trade, business and industrial sector thereby creating a conducive business environment. Backing up the national priority of energy development, this edition of Electro-Tech will be organized with the theme “Energy for Economic Prosperity” to voice the development of energy and the component sector.

A statement issued by FEEN says that the NEEK Electro-Tech 2018 is expected to be an ideal business platform for all who work in the areas of electricity, power, energy, electrical, electronic and information technology.

“National and international manufacturers, exporters, importers, agencies, dealers, contractors, engineers, experts, designers, policy makers, technicians and buyers will form a mega platform for trade, investment opportunities and market information. The exhibiting companies will portray their latest products and new technological developments in the electrical and electronic sector,” the statement said.

The expo houses 51 blocks inside the hall and 26 stalls in the sales area. The exhibition will showcase power generating equipment, transmission & distribution line materials, power supply and control equipment, domestic and industrial electrification, electric household appliances, wire, cables and conductors, lighting fixtures, electronics, office automation, control and switchgears, inverters and batteries, solar equipment and other electrical accessories.

Nepal Ekarat Engineering Company (NEEK) is the title sponsor of the exhibition.
