December 25: The Footwear Manufacturers’ Association of Nepal is organising the 15th Footwear and Leather Goods Expo on the occasion of the 15th National Industry Fair in the capital from December 28. The organiser said that the week-long expo will conclude on January 3.

According to the organiser, the fair will feature as many as 140 stalls. Rasatriya Samachar Samiti reported that there will be the stalls of leather shoes, sandals, sports shoes, school/college footwear and food items.

Fair Coordinator Nawaraj Gautam said the fair’s main objective is to inform the citizens about the leather products made in Nepal.

Around 200,000 people are expected to visit the fair which offers discount up to 15 percent on the purchase of the leather items.
