Mega Bank Starts Special Customer Care Service

January 3: Mega Bank has started a special customer care service in all the eight branches of the bank within the capital city.

The bank said in a statement that it appointed customer care officers to start the special service since January 1. The customer care officers are assigned to address the complaints of the customers and to solve their problems.

Anupama Khunjeli, CEO of Mega Bank, said that the service was launched on the New Year in eight of the branches of Kathmandu and will be expanded to all other branches of the bank in the near future.
