January 6: Itahari branch of Rural Microfinance Development Center (RMDC) conducted a three-day management training at Gokarna Resort and Party Palace in Morang from January 3-5.

The training was attended by 36 branch managers from 28 partner organisations of RMDC. The partner organisations are conducting microfinance program in 11 districts.

The training discussed about the role and functions of branch management as well as the responsibility of branch manager. The participants were informed about the concept, importance and principle of microfinance.
