January 10: Sipradi Trading, the authorised distributor of Tata Motors in Nepal, has announced the launch of Tata NRG in the Nepali market.

Issuing a statement, the company said that it introduced the Compact Utility Vehicle keeping in mind the growing aspirations of customers.

According to the company, the Tata NRG will be available with 5-speed manual transmission. Powered by a 1.2L Revotron petrol engine, it will come in three attractive color options – malabar silver, canyon orange and fuji white, with dual tone infinity black roof and roof rails.

The new model is available for sale since January 8 at an introductory price of Rs 2.95 million for the petrol version.

Speaking at the launch, Rajan Babu Shrestha, CEO of Sipradi Trading, said, “The pursuit of something different is what led to The Tata NRG. We are confident that this SUV inspired vehicle with its class leading design and technology will be much loved by our customers and will further help us expand our market share and will be a shining testament to our commitment of providing quality mobility solutions.”
