January 10: Chinese smartphone manufacturer OPPO on Wednesday (January 9) launched a new limited edition variant of its globally acclaimed smartphone OPPO F9 in the Nepali market.

After gaining unprecedented popularity for the OPPO F9, which debuted last year in three colors, namely sunrise red, twilight blue, and starry purple, the new limited edition is now available in a brand new color “jade green”, the company said in a statement. The F9 jade green is priced at Rs 41,590.

According to the company, the specifications for this F9 edition have been kept unchanged. The VOOC Flash Charge technology in this smartphone comes with a guarantee of 5-minute charge and two hours talk. OPPO claimed this has been tried and tested by the users and the company has been successful in providing the longest talk-time with just five minutes of charge.

“This new addition in the F9 family will provide the same user experience, however, in a completely different look. The jade green variant provides a natural transparent look with a combination of hues of white-sand beaches, clear waters, and lush rainforests,” added the statement.
