January 11: NMB Bank organized its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) at Army Officer’s Club, Bhadrakali, Kathmandu on Thursday, January 10.

The AGM decided to distribute 10 percent bonus share and 20 percent cash dividend for tax provision from its profit of fiscal year 2074-75. According to a statement issued by the bank, its total paid-up capital post distribution of the bonus shares will reach Rs 9.61 billion.

NMB Bank has been providing services through a network of 110 branches, four extension counters and 97 ATM outlets across the country.
