Chaudhary Foundation Distributes Artificial Limbs

January 14: Chaudhary Foundation in collaboration with Bhagwan Mahaveer Viklang Sahayata Samiti (BMVSS) has started a campaign to distribute 500 artificial limbs for the needy people with physical disabilities.

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Health and Population, Updendra Yadav, and President of Chaudhary Foundation Binod Chaudhary jointly inaugurated the campaign amid a function organized at Norvic International Hospital (NIH) in Kathmandu on Sunday, January 13.

Under this campaign, Chaudhary Foundation has already distributed 51 artificial limbs to persons without limbs. Speaking at the event, Chaudhary said that the organization will be organizing another camp in Nawalparasi to distribute artificial limbs to the needy persons.

Chaudhary Foundation stated that there are almost 100,000 people in Nepal who need artificial limbs.
