Agreement between Muktinath Bank and NBI

April 10: Muktinath Bikash Bank has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with National Banking Institute (NBI) Limited for promoting financial literacy in Nepal through NBI mobile application.

 Pradyuman Pokharel, CEO of Muktinath Bikash Bank Limited, and Dhan Thapa, assistant general manager of National Banking Institute, signed the MoU on behalf of their respective organizations on April 8.

The organizations will use the NBI mobile app for promoting financial literacy across the country.

Muktinath Bikash Bank in a statement informed that it has signed the MoU with National Banking Institute Ltd (NBI) to promote the Financial Literacy Program through its branches and Financial Literacy mobile app of NBI.

According to the agreement, NBI will educate the bank’s staff about the use of NBI App and the bank will disseminate information about NBI App to their customers to support financial literacy awareness program.

The organizations said they aim to bring a paradigm shift in the dissemination of financial literacy awareness in the country with the use of NBI App.
