Rana Elected Chairman of Kumari Bank

June 16: The board of directors of Kumari Bank has unanimously elected Amir Pratap Rana as the chairman of the bank. A Special General Assembly of the bank on Friday, June 14, had elected Rana and three others as board members of the bank.

All four members of the board including Rana were elected unopposed. Other members elected by the Special General Assembly are Krishna Prasad Gyawali, Mahesh Prasad Pokharel and Anuradha Chaudhary. Rana and Gyawali are from the promoter group while Pokharel and Chaudhary are the general share holders. The board members of Kumari Bank comprises of five directors including another promoter Prof Dr Ganesh Prasad Pathak, who also present during the election.
