Everest Bank provides relief materials to Flood Victims of Siraha

July 23: Everest Bank Limited has provided relief materials to flood victim of Siraha district. Everest Bank said in a statement that it has been undertaking different welfare activities as a part of its corporate social responsibility. The relief materials were distributed to the flood victims of Paterwa, Siraha. The relief materials distributed to the victims included sanitary pads, rice, soyabean, grams, salt, utensils, tooth paste and cloths as well as school bags for children.

“EBL has always been conscious of its social responsibilities and as a part of its CSR activities, has been organizing various programs for the benefit of the people at large,” the statement added.

Everest Bank also handed over a cheque of Rs 300,000 to support the relief distribution project being conducted by Women Friendly Disaster Management.

The bank said it currently has a customer base of over 1 million and is providing banking services through a network of 94 branches, 28 revenue collection counters, and 120 ATMs across the country.
