September 26: Nepal Chamber of Commerce has awarded scholarships to five students for their under-graduate course.

The scholarships were awarded to Anu Paudel from Sankhuwasabha, Menuka Gurung from Itahari, Supriya Thakur from Rautahat, Anvesha Khadka from Dolakha, and Christina Shrestha from Kathmandu. 

According to the Chamber, the scholarship is awarded to the students from an economically poor background. The award allows students to study BA and Business Management at Lord Buddha Campus at Maitidevi for three years for free.

The Chamber claimed that in the span of three years, the awardees will receive a sum of Rs 665,000 in the form of scholarship for their studies.
