Yeti Bank Revises Share Ownership Ratio

July 32: Yeti Development Bank has revised its share ownership ratio. According to the new share ownership ratio, the bank will have 51 percent of promoter share ownership and 49 percent of general shares ownership. The 14th annual general meeting (AGM) held on June 30 has approved the proposal. Moreover, the meeting has endorsed the board of directors’ report, financial statement and balance sheet of FY 2071/72 and appointment of auditor. The AGM has also endorsed the issuance of right shares in the ratio of 2:1 on the paid-up capital totalled after the ownership revision. The meeting has authorised BOD to initiate merger with any suitable BFIs or to partner with foreign investor. Additionally, the meeting has selected Rupendra Poudel in a vacant seat as director from general shareholders group.
